What is naturopathy?Naturopathic medicine is underpinned by centuries of traditional use and current scientific evidence. Naturopaths utilise nutrient and herbal supplementation, dietary and lifestyle changes to support the body and mind's natural ability to heal and return to balance. Naturopaths aim to find and treat the cause of disease, rather than mask the symptoms, with an understanding that all parts of the body are connected and effected by each other.

Can I see a naturopath and a doctor at the same time?Absolutely! The best health care is the combination of western medicine and complementary medicine that works best for you. Naturopathy provides another avenue of support and healing to mainstream medicine and when supported by a qualified practitioner, it can be done very safely. Every endeavour will always be made to ensure that the work we do together complements rather than interferes with the work you are doing with your doctor.

What does the appointment cost include? The cost covers the appointment time with your practitioner only. Any testing or prescribed supplements will be an additional cost. We will always do our best to work within your budget.
